my berth is 6 in A1 in 12810 howrah musmbai CST .
which berth is this ? upper or side upper. when i booked it was confirmed status , then why it is side upper , if it is so.

Probably it is Normal Upper Berth...as in AC 2 Tier Coaches,the first bay contains only 2 berths..So urs is I think in the Second Bay....btw,u cant complain about getting a CNF Side Upper Berth also.Its depends on ur fate,what the system will allocate u.

Sir even if the bay is having 2 berths.. it will be the last one and not the first bay..
Have travelled in such a bay .. and it was the last bay in the coach and not the first one

May be ur Right.....But it may be any way round....it may be the seat 1-2 which is alone or the seat 43-44...It depends on the particular coach of that train.
