Today's photos on Binny Mill stabling line situated south of SBC. Line laying is over both before and after girder bridges. Engine roll on was done yesterday on one line. Crossing points have to be done. The entire work work may be over by Month end. Few photos are enclosed

So if used for just shunting, then they wont use the 2 lines for other trains stabling. I thought the line before the bridge was enough for shunting and after bridge will be used to stable.
There is switch from the PF8 line to the PF9 line a short distance after the beginning of the PF9 (Roughly 2 coach lengths behind the starter on PF8) . So, trains can also be moved to PF9 from this shunting line. Only PF10 is not connected directly to these lines.
A rake formation with around 14 coaches or so can go to PF 9 also as mentioned by pointsman as switch is situated in the 3/4 area of the PF 9. Today i visited again to see 16511/13 backed to PF 8 from Binny mill end. Today is the maidern journey of 16511/13 via SBGA
Two photos of 16511/13 on Girder bridge while shunting on the binny mill bridge yesterday 10/2/18 around 6pm
