* I hope by end of 2021.
* Naya Raipur rail line connectivity and new terminal is associated with Raipur-Titlagarh doubling , which find lesser favour with ECoR as compared to Talcher-Sambalpur & Sambalpur-Titlagarh doubling projects.
ECoR is not much interested, but for state govt, it is a priority.
