in 9 months, only the drawings of International Standard Habibganj station can be made, actual completion of the construction may take as long as 9 years.
IRSDC official had told me ki by the end of December 2018, new Station building subways,and platforms will get ready, rest of the work will take 2 more years. In which they have 4 commercial buildings on both side of HBJ going to be used for Hospital, Hotel, Shopping Mall Etc. Newspaper is just exaggrating the news little bit, as HBJ station handles 100 trains daily and around 25K passengers on regular basis, it isn't easy to just do the work speedily, Ramps had been demolished after the installations of stairs, Subway work had required Blocks on rail tracks,platform to place girders. Building work had started on going with great pace. I have personally seen some of the work, and i do not think that this is going slow.
