Instead of dividing the passengers into votebanks operating 'Antyoday train"for a particular class, IR should have promoted national integration by operating "Sarvoday train" for all classes i.e. all types of coaches GEN, SL, AC3E, ACIII, ACII
division of people based on their income(train class) is fine and well sorted

atleast divided based on class not cast, also this type of trains still running in the name of Superfast and Express. so no need of Sarvoday Train.
