nice thought of indian railway ,essential conveniences now a days are must
How it will be implemented when the railway is thinking to remove the guard coach in future?
But its a good move by railways to provide basic facilities to the Guards. Guard coach could be given power from engine as well as solar panel to provide Air Conditioning with toilet, RO machine for safe water, Coffee/Tea machine, navigation screen, etc.
