I don't think a zone with 6 divisions ( HWH,SDAH,ASN,MLDT,KGP,ADRA) will be formed it will be huge then....
If SER goes to RNC, CKP, DHN Divsions.......then ER will be restructured .....i think thern ER will be with HWH, SDAH, MLDT Division, A new zone ( EFR) can be formed with KGP, ADRA, ASN Divisions.

Every now and then there are few reports which keep coming of new zones/divisions being examined. The same railways in earlier instances keep saying that no more new divisions/zones are feasible !!

Nowadays every activity be it giving new trains, projects, or these kind of zones, Divisions formation depends on political party leaders, MP's. Where to give trains, which projects to work fast and complete, what new projects will be given , even this Railway zone and Divisions formation depends on Netas and MP's
Yes you are correct earlier same RB and RM told earlier that no new Zones will be formed furthur, so based on that sentence of RM given earlier no discussion on formation of New zone should Start at all. But now some CM, MP demanding new Zones, new Divisions and Railway rajya mantriji saying RB is thinking and discussing on it.....

This RM is saying no Privatization of Railway, Railway production units are made under 1 Nigam...and that same RM is saying in Future Railway will purchase complete trainsets from Private companies. Then what will these Nigams produce and sell? In future these nigams sell will fall result in loss...then this same RM will say Nigams running in Loss so will be Privatised........

Yes agree with you. It all depends upon the clout and influence of respective MP/CM, pressure from states etc. As per the article below which had come a year ago it clearly says that 'While these VIPs ask for new zones and divisions motivated by political reasons they have no idea how it can be made operationally feasible"

When Railway Zonal HQ forms in a city/town, it gets an overall development at the cost of Railways, consequently outside railway area also the city develops a lot. Why don't Jharkhand looks for a new place instead of Ranchi.
I believe being a capital, Ranchi gets much fund for development, so as Tata, where TATA company is looking into all round development, same with Dhanbad, Bokaro etc. where Coal India and SAIL is doing the same.
If we look into some other states, where State Capital is not zonal HQ, like Bilaspur, Visakhapatnam,

Jabalpur, Hajipur, etc. These places have developed a lot.
Say if in Jharkhand, CKP is the highest earning division and located on the main line, if HQ is made here, the entire place will develop a lot, places like CKP, Chaibasa, Seraikela will see huge development, other than the purpose of forming Zonal HQ in the state. There will be extra benefits, where state Govt. may not develop these places at that pace.
