If there been only one such news agency, you could have said that they forged it. But there are many news sites with same quote. And this has been since 28th or 29th March. Public to confuse hoga hi
yes... maybe only reserved services with proper check-up before boarding or certificate of medically fit etc
Feel IR getting back completely on track as normal could take around at least 2-3 months depending on how situation improves. Premier trains could be the first which could be restored.
At least for the period of 2-3 months, they should give only confirm tickets, stopping RAC/WL tickets for safety of pax. No harm if these seats go vacant later on
Off course safety of passengers is important than revenue here, may be hopefully this could lead to new measures in IR for good giving relief from unauthorized travellers in reserved coaches & bathrooms...
