himsagar does not take shortest route at so many sections-
firstly dont take jat-umb-ndls route
secondly, goes via circuitous route to cape after entering TN

16317/16318 goes to cape via TVC,,After Nellere, it shd continue to MS and MDU and CAPE, thats what I am suggesting for shortest route
No need extend ten train cape, start tvc-svdk old route enough.
Ten -svdk will go one side to cape,other to baramulla that's what will happen
Or cape-svdk is introduced again then it will.go to baramulla route won't be changed
