** Good news! It took about 5 years to double the 47km Roha-Veer section.
** Roha-Veer section is amongst the easiest section to double. Terrain of most of KR is relatively tough and shall take more time & resources for doubling.
** Konkan Rly is already saturated, now it should immediately take up next phase of doubling so that additional trains can be introduced in future to take care of ever-increasing traffic demand.
