The Centre’s decision to shut down the Indian Railway Stations Development Corporation (IRSDC) is likely to hit maintenance and revamping of railway stations in the city....
Railway station adjoining areas should be used for building parking lot for auto taxi and bus. Not for mall. Why can't a bus stand be built for BMTC? In Chennai Mumbai Secunderabad and Delhi, you have a bus stand in front of main entrance. In SBC, one has to walk half a kilometre via underpass and overbridge to reach KBS!!. Intentionally done to benefit auto and taxi I feel.
