Garib rath ki livery is important

I think safety of passengers is more important than livery, livery can be changed by respective CDO, once get a nod from RB, but changing rake for safety and comfort should be the top priority, current ICF rake is getting near end for its codal life and there are no spare Garibrath coaches in IR, either they have to replace the coaches with new 3E under same name and fare structure or they have to rebrand them in a new catagory, but it should be done soon because in coming 2-3 years most of GR coaches will pass their codal life.
