Agar considerable number me 3E coaches hai WCR k paas to phle Normal trains ko dene se accha JBP-CSMT Garibrath ko de dete, fir Baaki trains ko dete. Jin trains ko 3E dene k notice aaya h recent me unme abhi ugrent requirement to nhi hai, they can wait for 3E coaches, Garibrath ko jada requirement hai, rake old ho rha hai or spare me ab GR coaches hai nhi, to usko LHB krna jada sense bnata h. Kher jesi WCR ki maaya.
