A biweekly Rajdhani with priority lower than freights can not be a criteria of development. Sign of a developed state is better intra state connectivity and continuous efforts towards increasing rail network density, more and more MEMU/ Intercity trains to aid in passenger traffic.
Mr. anon if you say passenger traffic is nothing and people are not in dire need of trains here in chhattisgarh, then you know nothing about the conditions prevailing here and my advice to you is do not charter into unknown territories with such vague comments.
