If you think that sleeper coaches give less revenue then you are wrong. Sleeper coaches are the one which require more operating cost then earning.
Not Everyone afford AC that does not mean that persons who can afford AC also have to travel with Waiting ticket or depend on other transport options. Instead Sleeper class travelers should move to other transport because reduction of those will be helpful for Railway.
