Trains that run in CIC section between SGRL and DHN covers Chopan to Billi Jn twice, but thats only 6 km. Don't know about the longest.
Possibly this one; any train for North East that has reversal at durgapur cover to and fro DGR to Andal twice around 17 km .
Apart from that earlier Ranchi Ajmer had same fate from DDU it goes to BSB and then diverge for MZP after reversal at BSB and they overlap till block Hut b cabin around 15 km. But currently train is cancelled .

That train seems to love Lucknow so much that it stops at five stations here, spending a total of two hours. Also, it's AC coaches are wasted from Lucknow to Mailani since it is usually used by locals to travel to Sitapur/ Mailani and they use General/Sleeper coaches. I entered couple of AC coaches and had singular digit passengers. I guess, if I book a seat in this train from Lucknow to Mailani in SL class, it has a good chance of being upgraded.
Mussoorie does cover muazzampur Narayan- najibabad section twice(11.2 km),
While Nagaon and Ntsk Tambaram Exp cover Durgapur andal section twice(16.9 km), longest of such I guess.
Many trains coming from merta and going to Phalodi cover bgkt-Jodhpur section twice(2km).
Trains coming from Ckp to tata, reversing up and then going towards chandil cover gamharia tata section twice (11km).
