SWR is not having jurisdiction across the state of Karnataka. Also, there is no concept of state wise zones. SCR controls almost 30% area of Karnataka. So, adding another 40 kms in Wadi Kalaburagi to SCR doesn't matter to SCR, but it matters a lot to Kalaburagi Bidar and entire Kalyana Karnataka Region.
