Problem is not departure time. Main problem is arrival time.
If time difference at CPYZ is 10 minutes then why it is 50 minutes at CNB?

if the departure time will be changed then automatically arrival time will also change !
That is true. Lucknow folks will still prefer the Shatabdi simply because it takes them to the main station and reaches somewhat earlier. But the stoppages must be reduced. Phaphund is just digging salt in the wound. It should run with only CNB and GZB as stops[ original run in the late 80s and 90s only had CNB as a stop].
I think timing is also the reason why it'll pseudo terminate at AYC and not AY simply because that would take an extra ~15 mins in both directions. If NDLS-CNB were fit for 160 kmph and LKO-AYC could support 130 kmph [ can't say about CNB LKO since the soil in that area is the main issue ]; the train would get better patronage.
