suppose there is a long que at pune junction around 11:50pm today and people purchasing tickets so is there any differnce between fare calculated before 11:59 and after hence new train fare will be applicable.

I Guess, IR's had Updated all the Fares Today Early Morning from 00:30 TO 5:00 Am
Now, only thing is that by tonight 23:59 that Fares they will be Replace....
Just like Normal Booking Starts at Sharp 8:00 Hours

IMO, there will be difference in the tickets issued before and after 12' o clock tonight. Those purchased in the old rates will have to pay the difference.
But i dont know how is it possible to check all the ticket holders for UR coaches and i feel there could be a rush to take tickets before 12.00 tonight.

Additional counters will be opened at major railway stations for collection of the fare difference.
So passengers can pay the fare difference at the booking counters before the start of the journey.
