That depends on its maintenance sheds and MPS of the section. WAP-5 isn't possible as no sheds are there. Also no end to end loco runs on that route. Every train has a loco change at Igatpuri.
no......not all trains
i think CST-JBP garibrath gets WCAM3 till ET
and CST-AMravati exp gets WCAM2p/3 till Amravati
also all Manmad bound trains dpnt have loco change at IGP..eg....Godavari, Tapovan, Panchavati, Rajyarani

HWH & SRC together have around 250 WAP4's....That is a huge No...The Whole ED,RPM,VSKP & AJJ shed all together dont have that many No of WAP4's...So why to waste WAP4 & use WAP7..??? After all this many No. of WAP4's has to be used.
Not many trains between this route have a really aggressive schedule as Rahul mentioned, WAP-4/5/7 run with the same Max speed in almost all routes in India(except say Bhopal Shatabdi route or the like)..Infact many LP's Still prefer WAP-4's over other three phases for its reliability.
.
Just that WAP-5/7 can haul trains faster(P-5) and powerfully owing to more Hp..
