Electric locos on LKO-BSB route aren't operational as yet, moreover the whole route of ndls-lko-bsb doesn't have mps above 110km/hr, which is easily achievable by diesel loco.
So until and unless whole route electrifies, changing of loci at mb won't be of any use.
