SagarJambagaru~ 375 blog postsI am travelling to Mangalore on 14th December and my coach number is S8. Can anyone tell me how far it will be from the Engine. As I am boarding the train at Kengeri where the train halts for a very short time, this information is sought.
First train 16517 will come with 8 coaches and then 16523. Usually around 17th coach position.
You are right. Mine was roughly around 16th or 17th bogie from the engine. That day the train came around 9.50 PM to Kengeri but was in time at Kabaka Puttur i.e., around 7 am. Why cant they make 9 PM as departure time from Yeshvantpur as it will help working people to reach railway station after their work.
