Same problm at eastern part of UP dense fog...mostly trains r running with 30 to 50 km/hr
But in NFR its bitter cold with almost No fog...I think Fog in Delhi is mainly due to polution.
Its not fog in Delhi only...it is from Pakistan to East UP due to the moist easterly winds from the Bay of Bengal. It has nothing to do with Delhi's pollution. Please note that it is purely fog not smog...
