The Harbour line desperately requires more services. The 12-rake locals are still far from reality. Right now, the authorities are concentrating on the already existing routes. I feel, the Railways should start Panvel-Vashi-Panvel trains as well. The morning rush hour is really bad as lakhs of people go to offices in Vashi and Belapur. A few services need to start on this sector. Say a train leaves Panvel at 8.30 am and reverses from Vashi at 9.05. This train can again start it's journey to Vashi at 9.45. This will definately help commuters in a big way. A similar patter needs to be followed in the evening peak hours after 5 PM.
