The rainy season and schedules are done by October and normal timing and tourist season start from Nov 1st. I analyzed the occupancy in the Mumbai Madgaon section. Here's what I found: 1. Vande Bharat with a capacity of 470 and Tejas with 860 are completely full and the waiting list is between 90-120 people. 2. Even on weekdays like Tuesday and Wednesday, Tejas is in waiting list unlike during the rainy season when there used to be 300-500 seats available. 3. So, a 16-coach Vande Bharat alone is not enough to meet the demand. The combined occupancy in ACC is 1330 with a waiting list of 100+ against 1000 available seats. 4. How long will the tourist season be in Goa? Maybe from November to February for 4 months, as it gets hot and humid in the western coast from March to May. 5. Based on the above analysis, it would be better to replace the 8-coach with a 16-coach Vande Bharat throughout the year and withdraw Tejas. An 8-coach train should be run from November to February for 4 months to cater to the tourist season.

Yaar, the seats in both Tejas and Vande trains are packed to the max when coming back from Madgaon to Mumbai. It's all "WL" (Waitlist) for the entire week, bro.
