The railway minister has now made it clear that by if by 30 June he doesn't see improvement in punctuality the respective GMs will not be considered for promotion.
The General Manager (GM) of Northern Railway bore the brunt of Goyal's wrath, with the region recording an abysmal 49.59 percent punctuality.It was followed closely by the Northeast Frontier Railway and the Eastern Railway, which recorded 27 percent and 26 percent plunge respectively.
Lets hope things improve.All this while the respective zones were giving the excuse of maintenance work

Sir, For delayed operation, So many factors are there. This act does not valid good in labour's courts.
GM s of the Zonal Railway is not responsible for very long distance train delayed in other zones.
He has to operates that train in his Zonal jurisdiction within the allotted running time only.
