This train deserves to be ac express, everytime i travel in it i've seen that even the number of sleeper coaches are equal then too don't know why they all board in ac coaches that too in second ac & first ac ( aisle )

Never seen such people & they don't even carry tickets

I have noticed one other thing :
These ticketless AC intruders are found more in trains coming from Patna than those who come from Gaya.

All 3 of our daily trains come from Gaya side & we never had any problem with anyone else occupying our seat.

Also the general rush is 50-70% higher in Patna bound trains.

I think this may be attributed to the fact that Gaya and Kaimur region is less populated and has higher income per capita.

Well this is the fact u jst mentioned that patna region is more populated & some of them who are illiterate hve this audacity to even fight with the person having lower berth in second ac despite being without ticket in that train only, i was gobsmacked after seeing this attitude.

But honestly this would be fun after getting LHBfied as it's the fastest connectivity between kolkata & dehradun so once it'll start running at 130, ufff that would be fun to travel

A Vande Bharat connecting Dehradun-Haridwar-Lucknow should be introduced. HW-Lko is an important all year congested route and needs faster train connectivity. Currently trains take 10-12 hours but can be covered easily in 8 hours.

Will have to wait for track upgradation, trains barely touch 110 at some sections of the route.

But can be implemented in future with stoppages at Bareilly, Moradabad, Laksar, Roorkee.

HW-LKO is already 110 mps. Only HW-Ddn is slow due to Rajaji National park. But then given Shatabdi and JS run on same tracks. And VB is liye as the route has very poor connectivity. Dont think patronage and occupancy will be an issue given how some VB are running with 50%. Besides Haridwar cab fill any type of train due to its tourism potential
