But we dont have any premium trains on this route(sc-src/shm/hwh).Especially , it would be beneficial for software professionals like us, who plan out hometown journeys preferably on weekends.We already have 4 super fast trains plying on this route.Either a premium or a Duronto type train is needed.

Friday may not be possible i guess since they use the same rake for SC-VSKP AC SF,but atleast the one which is running on Tue (SC-SHM AC SF) can get this TT looks better and people can board from SC at bit more convenient time rather than 5:30 am which seems to be bit too early.

Yes.
When the TT gets announced only 20 hrs advance, Very less people will undertake the journey.
SER authorities were having a spare Falaknuma rake since the last 3-4 days and they could have announced it atleast another day in advance.

During cyclone and heavy rain times... Falaknuma from SC to HWH was not cancelled on single day.
It was diverted via NGP and two days it was cancelled from HWH during heavy rains and track damage in SCR zone.
But bcz of this delays its Rake sharing train Narayanadri exp highly effected.

Sir let me tell you a interesting story...people(with not so much of Rly knowledge,RSA concept etc) of Narayanadri will be wondering why their train was delayed when flood is occuring in coastal andhra & orissa...now the diversity of RSA concept in Indian Railways is such wondeful & breathtaking that 15903 Dibrugarh Chandigarh has RSA with 15930 Dibrugarh Chennai Egmore....now as 15929 massive delayed so 15903 from DBRG was re-schdeuled by 16 Hrs...just think how can passengers of Dibrugarh Chandigarh Route(Total North India Belt) imagine the affect of torrential rains in Odisha :P :D

Normally RDSO stresses the importance of min 7 Hrs of TXR maintenance @ Home Station...so 9 Hrs turns out to be a min TAT for a rake to start its return journey & when a train is abnormally delayed,other scheduled trains may be already waiting @ Pit Line,so the delayed one has to wait further long for its turn to come.

Some nahin, the superb slots of Amravathi and Anga which is occupied for 7 days of the week. Just like MAQ SRC spl rake transfer, even this will follow these trains.

nothing like this will happen..I wonder why members become so much excited seeing the theoritical TT...its introduced just to reduce the rush & has nothing to do with Superfast & blah blah....3 days ago,SR ran a similar special as 02840 with open fast timings with all the stoppages of 12840,left MAS @ 16.20 & reached HWH @ 05.10(took 8 hrs extra than normal Chennai Mail)..so I sincerely belive this Falaknuma Empty Rake Special will also take min 6-7 Hrs extra than normal 2703 route.

bhain aap bhi Venkat chacha ki tarah baatein kar rahe ho...train introduce huyi ki nahi,aap toh ticket bechne pe lag gaye...jaake dekho,kitne log honge joh aise hi chad jayenge...normally in such situations TTE is a rare visitor & anyone can board any coach without verifying tickets...there are numerous stranded passengers @ HWH station who'll be willing to go SC & when they'll hear the announcement of special,they'll board the train..sab ke pass internet/IRI nahi hoti.....
