Raj are generally meant for E to E passengers, which is why RS quota has pathetic number of seats.
If convinience of E to E passengers is thought than this section is less likely to have a Raj running through it.

Yeah ! thats why i suggested Ajmer route. It will be a good and short connectivity to interior Rajasthan . As per IRI , Ajmer route is the shortest route from KL to delhi ( if it does not touch Jaipur)
Yes bro, It lacks connectivity to south, GN quota can be given as per ur suggestion so that even RJ pax becomes beneficial . Single line section is a problem but i guess doubling is happening

If railways go for GN quota the line will have excellent response.
The traveling time will suffer though and so End-to-End passengers will be less.

ADI-JP-NDLS is a single(doubled only in patches) non electrified section of low MPS. That's why trains take BRC-RTM-KOTA route which is doubled and of high MPS(i.e 130 kmph)
