I have been writing to SCR since 15 months to regularize these kind of trains.
Extend the Link(VSKP KZJ ) till SC and return in & around this slot and get attached to NZM KZJ VSKP @ KZJ so that it can continue as a full fledged train. The dep time can be adjusted to depart after mid night

Such a long demand is not even bothered.....they why will they consider to run till HYB. The reason SCR may give is PF shortage at KZJ for forming chain to HYB
Even they a re not giving direct connectivity to PC for VSKP - NZM link,there will be only one SLRD b/w both the links.

To run a new train, TT and coaches needed. But if you see, the SC stn is empty @ 4 am. and the dep time if properly planned can be around 00 30 hours.
No need of extra coaches or some SL/Ur coaches can be added

SC is very poor in maintaining trains at Early mrng arrivals...
If u check Train Arrivals ad Depatures daily Dakshin and Manuguru SC will arrive late SC min by 20 mins at 4Am and more over Dakshin is HYB bound train.
I dont think so SCR will encourage this slip.

I think not possible and NZM-HYD Bound Dakshin express a minimum 3hrs late during winter Season mostly 3 months.
He told abt link should be extend upto sc.....if the train extend to sc there is no need to link at sc....Run individual trains like vskp-sc,sc- nzm and addl coaches...
