Let them first decide about the mono rail project/metro. They are trying to avoid DMRC.
They already seem to have decided about the running time, number of coaches, number of passengers, number of train on either directions. Just another eyewash to swindle 10 crores in the name of feasibility study for a project that will never take off.
Doubling projects in Kerala are waiting in limbo because of land issues. And they are studying the feasibility of high speed corridor. This will take 15-20 years in Kerala for sure if it takes off in the next 5 years. It's funny that even the high speed train needs so many stops like other SF trains.
