East Coast Express must be converted to SF after SCR gets hold of the train, renumber the train from 18645/18646 to 22703/22704. This will help & improve Kolkata-Hyderabad Train travel very much. East Coast was SCR train in till 2007/08 having 7045/7046 number. Then it was given to SER during Number system change of IR in 2008/09. 7045/7046 East Coast Express became 18645/18646 & RSA with 18615/18616 was enforced. But currently 18645/18646 RSA with 18615/18616 was removed after LHB rakes given. 18645/18646 became 18045/18046 now.

Falcon is recovering from it's notorious reputation of having the worst maintenance in SCR thanks to it's new RSA. To pair it with East Coast, which has very bad maintenance, since it's SER doing PM , no surprise there, would be a terrible decision. Also, even if SCR takes over PM of East Coast, it is unlikely they will assign RSA to two long distance trains. SER can do some RSA on its end like with HWH SMVB SF or any night train by speeding up East Coast to make it arrive by 11:00 AM at HWH end. Return can depart early in the evening at around 15:00 PM or so.
The way 12841/42 & 12839.40 undergoes RSA, 12703/04 & 18045/46(as 22703/04) can have their RSA. its just a proposal anyways
That would mean a TT swap either between 12704 and 18046 or 12703 and 18045
SMVT HWH arrives at 2000 and can have PM and leave as East coast in morning ar 1145 no change in timings. From Hyderabad the timings can be changed to leave in night at 2200 to arrive in morning 600 then it leave to SMVT in night. This can save turn around time of SMVT express which is 24hrs which will save a rake of East coast.

Currently 12703/04 Falaknuma Express & 12709/10 Simhapuri Express are having RSA. SCR must delink RSA of 12703/04 & 12709/10, extend 12797/98 Venkatadri Express to SC from KCG. Then 12709/10 & 12797/98 can have RSA, making rakes of Venkatadri Express LHB from current ICF.
I agree that East Coast Exp should be SF and under SCR. But should not have Rsa with Falaknuma Exp. Because PM time will not be feasible for Hyderabad. But Falaknuma Exp should go to SER (because of its TT) due to lay over time in HWH and there will be no need of rsa.
Falaknuma and East coast exp can easily have RSA with PM at SRC. Falaknuma have huge lay over time at HWH end
If Falaknuma PM is shifted to HWH then the train arriving at SC can leave in afternoon, requires 3 rakes and doesn't require any RSA. There is no need of change in timings of east coast express. Timings and run time of East coast will have to change drastically to suit RSA which is a waste task.
If someone wants to go to Digha beach, like from Tatanagar, then how can I reach?
If i choose to go via Kharagpur I can go via bus. But if i want to go via Jaleswar, I have to get a cab/auto. Can anyone tell me that cabs are available in jaleswar for digha? And how much they charge???

ADI UDZ route is and will always be considered as udaipur Ahmedabad intercity travel path. Usk alawa muje ni lgta ki vha se koi long distance approve hogi except a mumbai/saurashtra bound train.
AII SUR AII MYS ko via RTM isliye chlaya kunki wo short route h aur fast bhi. Aur in dono trains mei vese bhi e2e pax rehte hai.
